About Ava

Updated on: 07/17/2024

Hello, I’m Ava Holbrook. I live in Austin, Texas and work full-time as an independent flight instructor. I’ve been flying for more than 10 years and most of my instructing experience is in late model Cessna 172s & 182s. But, I also have some flight time in Cirrus, Bonanza, and Mooney aircraft. As an instructor, I love teaching it all. I also take pride in prioritizing patience and safety from engine startup to shutdown. Most recently, I’ve helped several local airplane owners finish their instrument ratings – super awesome! I typically prefer full days of training and can meet at almost any airport in the surrounding area. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out anytime. I can even help with your written test preparation too, if needed. I’ll look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you!
